 Kitten's Owner Help

BEFORE YOU BUYING NEW KITTEN /CAT :

All these advises have been written  to answer our customers questions in the past. If you  are my customer and  still didn’t find answer for your question, please e mail me .

If you have more specific question on genetic or  health issues, please consider to talk with your veterinarian.

Do

1              Do  read contract of the seller and if you disagree or can’t accomplish it , don’t buy a kitten/   cat from the breeder.

2. Do read as much information as you can , books, articles about how to take care of kittens and cats , vaccinations, introducing your kitten/cat to new house, new pets, new members of your family.

3. Do talk to vet prior to bringing kitten/cat to your home. Ask them questions what is the best for your kitten, diet, necessary vaccines, etc

4. Do ask a breeder  questions about the kitten/cat before deciding to buy   .

5. Do think about where you will leave your pet when you go to vacation.

6. Do think that pets are not something you buy today and throw out tomorrow.

7. Do think how much attention they need .

8. Do think if you are able to pay vet bills for regular visits and vaccines

9. Do think where you can bring your pet in emergency and if you can afford it.

10. Do think if  you get sick and can’t take care of him, or any other family matters happened.

11. Do think if you or family will get allergic to cats . This is number 1 reason  pets  end up in SPCA and shelters.

Don't

1. Don’t  buy a kitten/cat as a gift if receiver of this gift has no idea about it or never seen   this kitten, never PLANNED to have it.

2. Don’t assume it is a good manner to argue about price . We spend thousands $$$$ on purchasing Queens &  Kings, our vet bills are HUGE . We do spend a lot on the best food and supplements for our cats/ kittens, they all have separate and nutritious diet. We do work hard on cleaning their toilets, grooming, bottle feeding some kittens, sleepless nights with queens in labor or kittens special attention needed.  So please leave for us to decide how much  our babies worth.

3. WE   DO  NOT  grow bonsai kittens ,  nor  changing color of kittens eyes ,  nor teach them to swim or any other funny ridiculous procedures.

4. Don’t buy a cat hoping he will replace your past cats and will have the same personality. They never will : cats like people are all different

NOW YOU BUYING NEW KITTEN /CAT :

Don't

1 Don’t  expect your new kitten will adjust to your home and your life style in first day. He will be scared , worrying , wondering what ‘s going on and where he is?

2 Don’t drop him in your house in the same room with other animals ( dogs, cats, birds, etc) right of way and enjoy to watch how he is protecting his self.. He needs to stay at least 1 week alone in your room without other pets. So prepare ahead.

3 Don’t listen friends stories how their cats did that and this. All cats are different and had different childhood and growing abilities. There is no cat alike and your cat will be unique  too.

4 Don’t think if you will buy this kitten/cat  for your kids  of any age until 18 that they will take care of this cat  every day. They will HELP you to do that, but never will be completely responsible for this daily routine. So YOU WILL end up to do the job. Be prepare !

NEW KITTEN /CAT  IS IN YOUR HOME !

DoText Box: DO LOVE YOUR NEW FRIEND . She will never betray you and YOU can trust her , now make her trust YOU.
Do give her a chance to adjust to your home : first 2-3 weeks she should stay in one room only. Then slowly introduce her to the rest of your place .
Do show her at first day in her new home where is her litter , her food, her water .
Do keep her stress down as much as possible for 30 days - do not introduce her to new animals .
